Some of these are set by our analytics and advertising providers (section 5), who may also collect information about your visits to other sites and use it under their own terms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the service needs its sign-in cookies. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it before setting cookies that aren't needed to run the service. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

4. How we use it

We do not use your content to train AI models.

We do not sell your information for money. Some US state laws treat letting advertising providers collect information through cookies and pixels, for ads on other sites, as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To opt out of that, email us (section 8). We do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16.

When you put a client's information into FDE App, or record people, we handle that information on your behalf and on your instructions. You decide what goes in, and you are responsible for having the right to share it and for giving any notice and getting any consent the law requires. Make sure the people in recordings know they are being recorded. Do not upload health records, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or passwords or other credentials; the service is not built to hold them.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to run and protect the service, to market to you, to resolve disputes, to enforce our terms, and to meet legal obligations. For your content specifically:

Activity records and de-identified data may be kept after your account is deleted.

9. Security

Connections to the service are encrypted. Each workspace's data is kept apart from every other workspace's, and access is limited to the people in it and to us when running or supporting the service.
